Training Schedule:
- Training sessions will take place during weeks 24-29 and 34-38.
- Group lessons run for a total of 5 weeks during these periods.
- Trainings will proceed in rainy conditions unless there is thunder or very heavy rain. In the event of cancellation, a make-up session will be offered at the end of the season.
Group Structure:
- Our training groups are intentionally kept small, with no more than 6 players per instructor, to ensure high-quality instruction.
- Drop-in sessions are available for junior groups only if space permits.
Junior Programs and Membership:
- Our junior programs focuses on golf skills and physical development. We recommend reviewing the "How the Junior Program Works" under Junior Trainings for further details.
- All juniors are required to hold a green fee membership at Jarlabanke Golf Club in order to participate in the trainings.

We offer different programs, including:
- Ladies DROP-IN (All levels)
- Junior Programs (Ages 4 to 15)
- LPGA*USGA Girls Golf program (Ages 4 to 15)
- Green card preparation for the tests
- Green card playing test
- 3-hour intensive introduction to golf
- Private lessons (individual and groups)
- Indoor Golf Trainings
Equipment and Facilities:
- Clubs can be provided during the trainings sessions if needed.
- We offer guidance in selecting and purchasing the appropriate set of clubs.
Location and Language:
- Training sessions are held at Jarlabanke Golf Club, Täby. Address: Prästgårdsvägen 33, 18775 Täby (Approximately 5 minutes from Arninge)
- Intruction is available in English, Swedish and Spanish, with English being the primary language used during the trainings.
Additional Information:
- Participants are advised to bring water and wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor activity.
